For this project we created brand assets, creative assets, done for you templates and posting schedule. We then worked with the team guiding on best practice and how to transition from done for you to team developing, capturing and using the bank of assets created.

We have worked with the studio owner to help with confidence setting up her freelance business, bossing in person networking, accountability and improving business skills.
HIVEARTS

COST - £2500+ (This has been completed at a reduced rate as support to a grassroots project)
For HIVEArts we completed team training in social media, created brand guidelines, strategy and templates to help the team take ownership of thier socials. We advise and mentor on income revenue creation, community engagement and visability.

COST - £2500+ (This has been completed at a reduced rate as support to a CIC.)
We continue to work with the founder helping with event organisation, content capturing, video production, asset creation, brand templates, mentoring and training. Karen already has incredible skills in many areas and we just gap fill where she feels less able.

Our freelance creatives have been selected to create a marketing team for ad hoc projects supporting the owner when needed.
